Rotary Swiches of 100-600 amperes, 4 Position, Listed overleaf, are with standard switching sequences up to 4 poles. Multi -pole switches are offered on request.

Rotary Switches conform to ISS : 13947 (Part 1and PArt 111)/1993 for short circuit conditions and also to BSS and DEfence Specifications.

Universal mounting for Base and panel. Specify SC for AC and C for DC.

OPERATING HANDLE :

Level typr metalica handle painted black, for switches up to 3 discs. Above 3 discs all switches are provided with capstan type handle. 100 amp light duty switches are supplier with black/ red knob.

Kaycee Sub-Miniature Microswitch type K5 incorporates butterfly snap-action mechanism. Designed for use where space is at a premium. Confirms to joint services specification 5104, 1972.

Double break moving contact arrangement enables the circuit to be broken in two places simultaneously; Thus arc energy and heat gets dissipated minimizing the possibility of contact weld. This feature effectively increases electrical life.

Circuitry:
Type K5 is available in double pole providing 2 sets of NO & NC Contact arrangement and the option to control upto 4isolated circuits. It may be wired externally to provide (two commons to form) a standard double pole double throw switch.

Kaycee Microswitch typw K6 is a double break changeover switch incorporating butterfly snap action mechanism.

Kaycee range of co-series compact version On Load Changover switches are manually fromnt operated 4 poles switches with very compct design which helps to save the space in panel boards resulting in low costing of panel boards. These comprise of two On Load Switch Disconnectors, which are coupled together and are mechanically interlocked with common outgoing, these are used in low voltage distribution circuits and at places where continuity of suppy is necessory for switching from main supply to an alternate source of supply and vise versa.

STAY PUT AND SPRING RETURN
This type switch can have four stay put positions having 45o angle with one spring return position having 45o operating angle. OR
This type switch can have three stay put positions having 60o angle with one spring return position having 60o operating angle.

SPRING RETURN AND LOST MOTION
This type of switch is divided in two parts. The front portion of the swtich containing contacts with spring return action and the rear portion accomodating with
lost motion device. This switch is supplied with 45o or 60o operating angle.
